Alongside his recent collaborations with Tekashi 6ix9ine, Don Q and more, 50 Cent has kept himself busy on the television production end of things. The New York native has been hard at work following last summer’s traumatic Power season finale. In addition, he’s been moving forward with a new series about the rise of B.M.F. With everything he’s doing in the world of television, 50 Cent has decided add another project to his already crowded schedule.
While on Instagram earlier today, 50 Cent teased the possibility of a prequel to Power. To be specific, 50 Cent hinted that the series would center around the rise of his character, Kanan. 50 Cent posted a picture on social media with a caption that read, “You already know what time I’m on.” The tentative title of the series is The Golden Era. 50 Cent was also sure to let fans know that if the series did come to fruition that it would be aired on Starz. The New York rapper has had his fair share of issues with the premium cable network, but it seems that they are on working terms for the time being.
