This week, Michael Rainey Jr., Paige Hurd and company are set to return to Starz for the second half of Power‘s first spin-off series, Power II: Ghost. While Starz is gearing up for the first spin-off, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is setting up for the show’s third spin-off, Power III: Raising Kanan.
Gearing up for the 2021 release of Power III: Raising Kanan, Jackson has teased fans yet again. He has linked up with NLE Choppa and Riley Lanez for the show’s theme song. With the success of the original show’s theme song, the trio has a lot to live up to.
In addition to releasing the theme song, Jackson unveiled members of the cast as well. For the show’s third installment, Joey Bada$$, Omar Epps, Quincy Brown, Mekai Curtis and Patina Miller will appear in the series.
“When I had the idea to create the Power universe I knew there were going to be many levels to its success, I am glad the fans agree. I am looking forward to releasing Power Book III: Raising Kanan,” Jackson said.
Power II: Ghost will return on December 6. Power III: Raising Kanan will debut in 2021 along with Power IV: Force.
