Just a few short days ago, 50 and his Instagram antics reemerged. While on his way to catch a flight at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport, 50 instagrammed 19 year old, Andrew Farrell who is employed there. 50 thought Farrell was high on drugs while Farrell was on the clock at his Airport job, but it turns out that Farrell is mildly autistic and sufferes from Asperger’s syndrome.
Farrell’s step-father, Ken Kramer, stepped up to the plate and demanded that 50 apologize to his son and the family for the teasing. Less than 24 hours later and being “dragged” all across social media, 50 has issued a statement to Page Six on the issue.
“While the incident at the airport resulted from an unfortunate misunderstanding, I am truly sorry for offending the young man,” the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, told Page Six in a statement. “It was certainly not my intent to insult him or the disability community, which is a source of great strength in America. I have apologized personally to him and his family.”
It’s being said that the family of Andrew Farrell have received the sincere apology from fif and are moving on.
