Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is from New York, but he’s found a second home in the southwest. In 2021, the Queens native moved to Houston and quickly established relationships with the Astros and Rockets. Not to mention, he’s performed at RodeoHouston and began building production facilities in the city. Now, he’s turning his attention to Shreveport, Louisiana.
50 Cent is set to host the inaugural Humor & Harmony Festival in Shreveport, Louisiana on August 8-11, 2024. The comedy and music festival will feature stand-up sets from Katt Williams, Andrew Schulz, Bill Bellamy, Gary Owen, Matt Rife, Jon “D.C. Young Fly” Whitfield and Levell Crawford. DaBaby, Muni Long, Yung Bleu, Tank, Skilla Baby, Fredo Bang, Monifah Carter, Pleasure P and Jeremih will also take the stage. Not to mention, Terence “Bud” Crawford, Terrell Owens, Michael Rainey Jr. Alix Lapri and many other special guests are expected to make their way to Louisiana.
“Of course, I’m confirmed. I’m gonna turn Shreveport all the way up. I’ll have 60,000 people out there. I’m laughing, but I’m serious,” he wrote on Instagram.
50 Cent isn’t done. The media mogul is expected to continue adding names to the lineup as the festival nears.
