The 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards has a major performance lineup including the talents of Saweetie, Megan Thee Stallion, Rapsody and more.
Hosted by Lil Duval, the 2019 BET Hip Hop awards aim to highlight the biggest and most talented names in hip-hop as well as pay homage to legends of the genre. The award show returns to Atlanta after calling Miami home and brings an all-star lineup.

Other performers include Rapsody, who takes the stage for the first time and Rick Ross who recently released his anticipated album Port Of Miami II. Lil Baby who took home the 2019 BET Award for “Best New Artist” is also slated to take the stage. Chance The Rapper, DaBaby, and YBN Cordae have all released albums this year and will also perform during the 2019 Hip Hop Awards.
Presenters for the evening will include R&B superstar, Teyana Taylor, and Academy Award-nominated actor and star of “Queen & Slim,” Daniel Kaluuya. For the first time, the BET “Hip Hop Awards” will air a live battle rap session, hosted by Ultimate Rap League founder Smack featuring noted battle rappers DNA, Geechi Gotti, T-Top, and Shotgun Suge. DJ Holiday will serve as the official announcer and house DJ for the duration of the event.
