To celebrate the release of his new project, he unveiled a new line of merchandise that includes hoodies, t-shirts and CDs. Then, he topped it all of by dropping a new track called “Pop Music” with Moneybagg Yo and Beatking. Celebrating the phenomenon of Freaknik, the track and accompanying video featured a number of handheld video cameras, a ton of solo cups and a whole lot of twerking.
“Pop it, pop that sh*t/Make that n*gga buy you somethin’, then say you bought that sh*t/Say you stand up on the button when I found the plug/Not all that pokin’ out, everybody want a hug,” 2 Chainz raps.
“Drop it for me than pop it on me/I’m big bad Mr. Money, want profit only/Say she just like dance, but as she twerkin’, she a stripper lowkey,” Moneybagg Yo adds.
“Pop Music” is the second single from Dope Don’t Itself that 2 Chainz has released. Previously, he dropped “Million Dollars Worth Of Game” with 42 Dugg. He’s also the star of the NFL‘s “Whose Back You Got” ad campaign. Needless to say, 2 Chainz is doing what he can to promote his upcoming project.
