Dion took over last year thanks to some other guys getting hurt or just not playing well. He was a driving force behind the Heat going 30-11 to end the season alongside Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic. He absolutely exudes confidence beyond any stretch of the imagination and he’s not afraid to talk about it either.
