
YG has unveiled the tracklist for his forthcoming album, I Got Issues. The California native has recruited the likes of Mozzy, J. Cole, Roddy Ricch, Nas, Moneybagg Yo, H.E.R, Post Malone, Duki and Cuco for his latest body of work. Not to mention, it will also include production from Gibbo, DJ Swish, Mike Crook and many others.
“I’ma have something for everybody on there,” YG told Billboard about I Got Issues.
“I’m giving them a piece of my life. I’m talking about shit that I’ve been going through while sitting in the crib for two years. But I’ve also got some fun shit, ghetto, ratchet, you know? It’s a good time but it’s personal.”
I Got Issues serves as the follow-up to his fifth studio album, My Life 4Hunnid. Released in October 2020, the project Lil’ Wayne, Chris Brown, Gunna, Ty Dolla $ign and many others. Despite the star-studded tracklist, it moved 64,000 units in its first week and landed at number four on the Billboard 200 chart. Since then, YG has been moving around the world of entertainment. He appeared on The Demi Lovato Show, delivered a joint album with Mozzy and made an appearance in Machin Gun Kelly’s Good Mourning. After making his way through the music and television industries, YG is ready to focus on his solo work. Check out the I Got Issues tracklist below before the album drops on October 7, 2022.
