Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, will appear on ABC’s Good Morning America on September 22, 2022. Making his first network news appearance since his recent divorce, Ye will discuss “co-parenting, politics, ongoing battles with Gap and Adidas, Donda Academy, his social media use and more” with Linsey Davis.
Ahead of the highly-anticipated interview, ABC shared a clip of Davis discussing social media with Ye. After several outbursts and rants on a variety of apps, Davis asks the Chicago native if social media is beneficial or harmful to him.
“That’s one of my favorite questions of this interview,” he answers.
“We could use a car to rush somebody to the hospital, or we could use a car and accidentally hit somebody while we’re rushing somebody to the hospital. It all in how we use it.”
The full interview is set to air at 7 a.m. EST on ABC. An extended version of the conversation will also air later on in the day on ABC News Live Prime and Nightline. Check out the preview clip below courtesy of Good Morning America.
