
Last Sunday, shooting guard Ben McLemore and the Memphis Grizzlies agreed to terms on a two-year, $10.7 million deal according to both Adrian Wojnarowski and Chris Haynes of ESPN.

McLemore found himself being one of the many odd men out in Sacramento, as the Kings retooled this summer with a multitude of young talent from the draft and veteran free agents. While working on a workout video, McLemore received a call during the middle of his workout routine.

On the phone was McLemore’s agent giving him the news that he had just been traded to the Grizzlies and McLemore showed his emotions after the call.
“I’m lost for words. It’s a new opportunity for me, my family, new beginning, let’s go make the best of it.”
“Memphis here we come.”
