The Washington Football Team is calling on one of the most notable voices in the area for its latest ad, Wale. The Grammy nominee loaned his vocals for the team’s latest hype video as they prepare for their Saturday night matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Throughout the ad, Wale takes fans across the city as he visits FedEx Field, Ben’s Chili Bowl and MLK Deli.
“Hello! Are you surprised to see us? We are the ‘”not-supposed-to-be-heres’,” he said.

With Wale’s support, the Washington Football Team will take the field on Saturday night. They are 8.5 point underdogs, but are powered by rookie defensive end Chase Young. Check out the team’s hype video above.
