You can expect a big DeAndre Jordan on a night-to-night basis, like last night when he SLAMMED on Greg Monroe. Well, that wasn’t a one time thing. Jordan often finds people, like Brandon Knight, on his posters. Tonight, he was back at it with a ferocious dunk. While this one wasn’t on someone, it was still a huge slam.
Josh Smith and JJ Redick go back and forth and Smith sets a screen for Redick, gets the ball back to him, and finds that Jordan is running straight through a wide open lane towards the rim. Smith knows- this is DeAndre dunk time. Josh throws the ball up over Joakim Noah, right to Jordan who catches the ball and throws down a NASTY two-handed slam.
These were two of Jordan’s 10 points tonight, and he also had 14 rebounds and 2 steals. For Smith, this was one of his 3 assists on the night, and he also had 8 points off the bench. The Clippers ended up losing the game 80-83 to the Bulls.
