Last week, we received a new album from the Atlanta legend, T.I. The King of the South came through with a new project called The Dime Trap that featured the likes of Meek Mill, Young Thug and many more. Today, another legend from A-Town has dropped a full-length album. As promised, Usher has released his new project, A.
The project comes in with just eight tracks that show the R&B legend floating over Zaytoven produced tracks. Much like the snippets from the album’s trailer, Usher finds himself molding today’s sound to his own talents and interests. From a conceptual standpoint the album takes fans back to his roots in the city down south. Much like the album’s trailer, the music takes you to Lenox Square, Cascade and many of the other major landmarks that the world has come to know about the singer’s hometown.
With the release of the newest project, Usher is now twenty-five years in and nine albums deep into his illustrious career. This newest project is just a notch in his belt. Where does this new project rank among all of his albums? Listen and let us know. Check out the stream above.
