Monday afternoon, the Raiders and left tackle Trent Brown agreed to terms on a four-year deal. Browns’ contract, which is the largest in history for an offensive tackle, is worth $66 million with $36.75 million guaranteed. This move comes just days after the Raiders traded for All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown.
With the addition of Brown former first-round pick, Kolton Miller expects to move to right tackle. The following comes from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network and Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Brown, a seventh-round draft pick in 2015, spent his first three seasons as a member of the San Francisco 49ers before getting traded to the New England Patriots. Brown started all 16 games of the 2019 season at left tackle, earning himself a Super Bowl ring along the way. The former Patriot allowed 3.5 sacks in the regular season but didn’t allow a single sack in the Patriots’ postseason run. Brown started 44 games as an offensive tackle and also appeared in a total of 48 games in his career.
As a result, the 25-year old is now the highest paid offensive lineman in NFL history. Following last season former Patriots’ left tackle Nate Solder became the highest paid offensive lineman with the New York Giants. Brown, who is over 350 pounds, looks to join a massive offensive line in Oakland to protect Derek Carr.
