Travis Scott returned to his hometown and brought a few gifts with him. Through his Cactus Jack Foundation, Scott hosted a drive-thru holiday toy drive. Alongside his daughter, Stormi, Scott distributed 2,000 toys to nearly 1,000 students.
The Houston native’s toy drive is the latest in a busy schedule. Over the last few weeks, he has appeared in PlayStation ads, partnered with McDonald’s for an exclusive meal and performed on Fortnite. Most recently, he confirmed the launch of his own hard seltzer, Cacti.
“CACTI is something I’m really proud of and have put a ton of work into. Me and the team really went in, not only on getting the flavor right, but on thousands of creative protos on everything from the actual beverage, to the can concept, to the packaging and how it is presented to the world. We always try to convey a feeling in our products,” he said.
“I’m a big fan of tequila so I came at it from that angle, too. I’m really excited to put this out in 2021 and see other people be able to enjoy it.”
This year has been incredibly eventful for Travis Scott and 2021 promises to be even better.
