The Bachelor and The Bachelorette creator, Mike Fleiss, has been accused of attacking his wife, Laura Fleiss, on July 4.
The alleged incident took place at their home in Hawaii over the holiday. Fleiss allegedly became intensely aggressive with his pregnant wife and demanded that she have an abortion. In response, she filed an emergency restraining order against her husband.
According to a statement, she said, “While we were at our house in Kauai, Mike demanded that I get an abortion.” She continued, “Our son Ben was in the house, seated in another room nearby. Mike told me, ‘If you have an abortion, then we can just go back to the way we were.’”
Laura Fleiss indicated that Mike Fleiss allegedly grabbed her and pinned her against the wall. She also claims that he has threatened to punch her in the face. Ultimately, Mike Fleiss allegedly pushed her off the side of the truck as Laura Fleiss asked him for her cell phone back.
She also went further into her husband’s alleged pattern of behavior. She noted, “Mike has frequently been verbally abusive towards me during our marriage.”
Representatives from Warner Horizon responded, “We are aware of these serious allegations, and are looking into them.” However, officials from ABC have yet to comment on the matter.
