Tessa Thompson is having a nice career trajectory. Ever since being apart of the 2010 film “For Colored Girls”, her roles have only gone up. In 2014she starred in “Dear White People” and “Selma”, following up those roles with her role as in CREED. Now she’ll be making a jump into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tessa has been cast as Thor’s love interest for the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok and “will be kind of a superhero”. It is being rumored that Tessa’s character will appear in other MCU movies as well, but the character she’ll be playing is unknown.
Thompson is the latest Creed star to join in on a superhero movie. Micheal B. Jordan was apart of the Fantastic Four, director Ryan Coogler will be helping with the script of Black Panther and directing the film and Sylvester Stallone will be appearing in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2.
Thor: Ragnarok will start production by the end of July and hit theaters November 2017. Stay tuned for more updates on the film.
