Brown spent three years with the Titans and as the receiver wanted a contract extension he will have to but with another team in the Philadelphia Eagles.
Burks has been compared to Deebo Samuel and, ironically, AJ Brown. The Titans saw an opportunity to have a similar player at a cheaper price and decided to take it. Robert Woods should be the first option now for Ryan Tannehill.
Brown finished his career with the Titans with 2,995 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns.
