It has been some time since SZA shared an EP or an album, but today, fans got a taste of what that may sound like. The New Jersey native woke up on Sunday and shared a Soundcloud link to three new tracks.
“Dumping random thoughts,” she tweeted.
Adding to the surprise, SZA added that she may be willing to randomly release music more often. In fact, #SZASundays sounds kind of nice.
“Can you start ‘SZA Sundays’ and drop random thoughts once a week?” one fan asked.
“Yes,” she replied.
No one on Top Dawg Entertainment has embarked on a regular release schedule such as this, but SZA could be the first. As we wait for the next #SZASunday to come around, check out “Joni,” “I Hate You” and “Nightbird” below.
