The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is about to get 100% more Randal Pearson speeches. Okay, not literally but Sterling K. Brown IS going to appear in the series’ upcoming third season.
Brown made the announcement himself on Twitter Monday morning. “I’m eastward bound,” Brown says in the video. “I’m going to do a little TV show, maybe you’ve heard of it: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”

It’s unknown who Brown will be playing in the series.
Brown has been a hot commodity in Hollywood over the last few years. Obviously, he stars as Randall Pearson on the massively popular and successful NBC series This Is Us. He also garnered praise for his role in the acclaimed American Crime Story: People v. OJ Simpson. He won back to back Emmys in 2016 and 2017 for his roles in both series. On top of that, he also appeared in Marvel’s massive Black Panther film, as well as last year’s Predator reboot.
In its first two seasons, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has already won eight Emmys with more nominations likely to come. So, if Brown brings his A-game to the series (which, who are we kidding, of course, he will), we’re probably going to seeing more than a couple more acceptance speeches from him.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is available now on Amazon Prime.
