And phase four continues! This week, Marvel Cinematic Universe kicked off things with the release of the first teaser for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. In this two-minute tease, Simu Liu runs from his role as Shang-Chi until he can run no longer.
“Shang-Chi must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization,” the description reads.
Shang-Chi marks the second film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s fourth phase. The fourth phase is set to kick off in July with the release of Black Widow. Two months later, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to hit theaters. Following Black Widow and Shang-Chi, Marvel is prepared to release Captain Marvel II, Black Panther II, Eternals and a few other highly-anticipated films.
