No one has had quite a come up like Rod Wave has had over the past year. In just a year’s time, he’s risen from St. Petersburg, Florida to the top of the charts. Things got off to a fast start with the release of “Heart On Ice” which rose to number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He then followed it up with a remix featuring Lil’ Durk. He then experienced the success of his two projects, Ghetto Gosepl and Pray 4 Love.
Pray 4 Love proved to be a major success. Moving 72,000 units in its first week, it earned the second spot on the Billboard 200 chart. Riding the success of sophomore album, he signed a global publishing deal with Sony. Now, he’s wrapping up his run with the release of his “And I Still” video.
