Ravyn Lenae is days away from the release of her upcoming album, Hypnos. The 16-track project will include contributions from Smino, Fousheé, Mereba and Steve Lacy. Today, the Chicago native shared one of the most anticipated tracks from the project, “Xtasy,” produced by Kaytranada.
“If you’re down then I’ll take you, love/My skin is so hot/I can barely breathe, I can’t see/Surround me and take me up,” she sings.
“If you ever change your mind/Keep it focused, and reawaken/If you wanna know, then I’ll open up a door to a fever high/Tell me you want one more time, can’t control it.”
Hypnos is set to drop this Friday. Ravyn Lenae is also set to head out on tour later this month. Beginning in Seattle on May 26, Lenae will take the stage in Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta and several other cities before ending things in Chicago on June 22, 2022.
