While the record has lived on through Savage Fenty Show performance and 2021 MTV VMA appearance, the budding pop star is ready to deliver new music. So, she sent her fans on a bit of a cross-app adventure. First, she tweeted a pre-save link for her new single. Then, she instructed her Twitter followers to check out her TikTok.
“Did you guys click the sound on my latest TikTok?” she asked.
Waiting for fans on her TikTok account, Normani issued a short snippet of her single. More emotive and heartfelt than the flashy, addictive “Wild Side” single with Cardi B, the snippet set the tone for what fans can expect from her in the coming days.
“Two hundred days and counting, you’re my favorite still,” she sings.
“When I say I won’t, I tell myself I don’t, but I always will feel the way I feel. You have time to feel. I have time to kill.”
