Nicki Minaj came back in 2018 to show us all why she became the star that she did. From what we’ve seen so far, she is definitely showing and proving in every move that she makes. In April, Minaj returned to form with the release of “Chun-Li” and “Barbie Tingz“. Less than six weeks later, she released the videos for both singles. In the same week, Nicki Minaj announced that she would be releasing her new album, Queen, this summer. This week, Minaj released the immaculate cover for the album. Unfortunately, the album’s release has been pushed back from June 15th to August 10th, but Nicki is keeping her fans happy with the announcement of a new tour and the release of a new single.
Nicki Minaj’s “Rich Sex” is the third official single off of Nicki’s new project and it comes complete with the first new Wayne verse since his official separation from Cash Money Records. On the new single, Nicki and her mentor playfully make puns about their money and how good they are at having sex. Nicki gets straight to the point on the first verse when she raps, “I know what these n*ggas like, and it ain’t my charm. I ain’t stupid, this $250 on my arm. I like money more than d*ck, n*gga. That’s a fact.” Wayne comes in later in the song and raps, “Lil mama said she only suckin’ on a rich d*ck/Make you put your money where your mouth/Babe, that some lipstick/Let’s f*ck on that money, ‘fore we count that/That’s some rich sh*t/P*ssy smell like money when I’m down her/That some Nik sh*t.”
