
Nicki Minaj will not bring the Pink Friday II World Tour to the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 18, 2024 as previously scheduled. Instead, the New York native will look to postpone the show to a later date due to doctor’s orders.
“Due to doctor’s orders, Nicki Minaj must reschedule her NOLA show tonight. As Nicki is still sick, our team does not want to run the risk of getting others sick, and Nicki would not be able to give NOLA the show they deserve. We are working diligently to find a new date, so please hold onto your tickets, and we will inform you all soon,” a statement from the Smoothie King Center reads.
Minaj headlined Rolling Loud in California on Friday, March 15. One day later, the chart-topping artist told her fans that she feeling under the weather.
“Barbz, [please] send me healing energy. [I] woke up feeling like I had [COVID-19-. Thank God, I don’t,” she wrote.
Battling a sickness, the VMA Vanguard Recipient is scheduled to perform in Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando, Florida later this week. At this time, it is unclear if she will be medically cleared to perform.
