The 2018 NBA all-star game so far has been … ‘theatrical’ to say the least. Before the game even started we had to watch Kevin Hart show us what it means to be an all-star for 30 minutes and then Fergie’s Jazz sonnet of a national anthem. But the theatre wasn’t done just yet! The halftime performance of the evening included Pharrell, N.E.R.D and the Migos performance. As if we hadn’t seen enough of the Migos this All-Star Weekend.
Pharrell & N.E.R.D opened up the halftime show before Pharrell joined the stage alongside the 3 Migos to perform their hit single ‘Stir-Fry’. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Quavo sub into the game at some point in the second half. With both teams actually trying to play defence and Team Stephen having a slight 78-76 advantage after a fun half of basketball, I doubt it.
