There’s no denying that the past year for Megan Thee Stallion has been monumental. Seeing massive success due to records like, “Cash Sh*t” and “Hot Girl Summer”, along with her Fever mixtape, 2020 looks to be her year for the taking.
Unfortunately, the star has ran into a slight hiccup and is hit with some label woes. Taking to Instagram Live, Megan conveyed just where her current standings are with 1501 Certified Entertainment. Stating that she has requested to renegotiate her contract after meeting with her Roc Nation team, 1501 is currently not allowing the star to release new music.

Recently stating in Rolling Stone Magazine that she wanted to release her debut album in May, this roadblock could put a stall on the plan. Gaining even more traction with her “B.I.T.C.H” single, we can only hope that this matter is resolved much sooner than later.
