Still fresh on the heart and minds of family, friends, and supporters, Mac Miller is still heavily missed at this moment. An artist that showed much promise, we’re left with his music, which made a huge impact on many.
Before his unfortunate death, the rapper released his fifth studio album, Swimming. A project full of vulnerability and piercing bars, Mac Miller often shared his excitement about performing these newer tracks in front of fans on tour. Obviously, not being able to have that moment, the rapper did stop by Spotify some months ago to perform one of the album’s cuts and cover someone else’s material.
For Spotify singles, the rapper bared it all with his renditions of ‘Dunno,’ from his latest album, and Billy Preston’s 70’s classic record, “Nothing From Nothing.” Performances that were filled with passion and so much more, it only goes to remind us of how special Mac Miller was and just what he brought to the genre of Hip-Hop.
Hopefully not the last of what’s Mac had in store for us, enjoy the material below.
