Art takes time and no one has proven this saying to be more true than Lil’ Yachty. After dropping two projects in 2018, the Atlanta artist seemingly took an 18 month break from releasing solo projects. Instead, he worked his way into film and television. With the world at a stand still, the Quality Control rapper has returned with the third installment of his Lil’ Boat series.
It’s finally here! Lil’ Yachty has released Lil’ Boat 3. He teased the project a few months ago with the release of “Oprah’s Bank Account” featuring Drake and DaBaby. With the final project, the Atlanta native brings in A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator, Tierra Whack, Future and many others. He has also brought in production from Mike Will Made-It, Earl On The Beat, Buddah Bless and 30 Roc.
If everything holds, it looks like Lil’ Yachty may have a shot at scoring his first ever number one album on the Billboard 200 chart and U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop chart. Check out Lil’ Boat 3 above and let us know what you think.
