Former NBA MVP Kevin Durant has confirmed that he will be launching a new podcast this fall. The Brooklyn Nets Forward made the announcement during an episode of The Joe Budden Podcast.
“And you’ve got a podcast coming, right?” Jamil “Mal” Clay of The Joe Budden Podcast asked.
“Yeah, we’re just talking our sh*t. You know. We’ve got it coming in a couple of weeks. Hopefully, it takes off,” Durant answered.
Durant did not go into details about a specific start date, but he did mention a few things about his co-host.
“Who are you doing it with?” Mal followed up.
“My boy Eddie. Eddie Gonzalez. Actually, it’s a dude I met off of one of my burner accounts,” Durant replied.
Durant has made the rounds around the podcasting and radio space this summer. In addition to appearing on The Joe Budden Podcast, he has sat down with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson for All The Smoke and an episode of Play For Keeps. Moving forward, he plans to launch his own podcast as part of The Boardroom Podcast network.
