Jusuf Nurkic, the newly acquired big man for the Portland Trailblazers, is reportedly out for at least the next two weeks of the season with a fracture in his right leg.
An MRI shows Jusuf Nurkic has a non-displaced right leg fibular fracture. Will be sidelined for 2 weeks, will be reevaluated.

Nurkic was acquired from the Denver Nuggets at the trade deadline in exchange for Mason Plumlee. In his time with the Blazers, Nurkic has averaged 15.2 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.2 assists in just under 30 minutes per game.
The big man out of Bosnia has helped Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum in their quest to make the playoffs. The Trail Blazers currently sit in the eighth seed in the Western Conference but are only 1.5 games up on Nurkic’s former team.
The Trail Blazers have seven games left, meaning Jusuf Nurkic will likely be out for the rest of the regular season. The last game for Portland is on April 12, meaning Nurkic will be evaluated right as the season comes to a close. Noah Vonleh, Ed Davis, and Meyers Leonard will have to step up in his absence if the Blazers want to lock up their playoff spot.
