Popular television personality Judith Sheindlin has decided to endorse former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg for President of the United States. The announcement was made at the top of the week through an ad titled, “Judge Him.”
In the add, the Judge Judy host said, “I like to say you can judge someone’s character by what they’ve done. Mike Bloomberg has done amazing things and will be a truly great president.”
“No one comes close to Mike Bloomberg’s executive achievement, government experience, and impactful philanthropy,” she continued.
“His steady leadership will unite our country and bring us through these very challenging times,” she added.
This move comes as no surprise considering Sheindlin authored a glowing op-ed of the New York billionaire back in October prior to his campaign.
“We need a no-nonsense president who’s sane, competent and honest, someone who can’t be bought and has no skin in the game,” she wrote.
Moving forward, Sheindlin will make appearances on CNN and ABC in support of the billionaire. Then, she will join him on the campaign trail in Texas. In the meantime, watch the full ad above.
