Sean Miller has pulled in another top ten recruit, Josh Green showing the FBI scandal has had little to no effect on his recruiting. Green a 6’5 wing from Australia who is playing high school basketball at IMG Academy. The choice came down to North Carolina and Arizona both of which he has visited, North Carolina officially and Arizona multiple times unofficially. Green is the second five-star recruit Miller has got to commit in the last month, the other being Nico Mannion. A year after losing the commitments of a few top recruits before salvaging a top 25 class, Miller is off to a great start in 2019.

Green is a smooth athlete with great quickness and length on his six foot five inch frame. His ability to get in the lane or knock down a pull-up jumper is a big reason he’s thought of so highly. Green and Mannion both played together for West Coast Elite during the AAU season on the Under Armour circuit. The chemistry should be a big help in them adjusting to the next level. Next year should give Arizona the elite backcourt they’ve been looking for since Miller arrived at the school.
