Along the way, he’s worked with the biggest acts in the world, bounced back from a severe COVID-19 diagnosis and toured the world. As he begins the next chapter of his career, Jeremih is looking to bring a new flavor to the realm of Rap, R&B, Pop and beyond. The first step on that journey is a track called “Room” with 2 Chainz and new Def Jam signee, Adekunle Gold.
Produced by Hitmaka, Earwulf and Chrishan, “Room” is yet another example of Jeremih’s ability to adapt to different soundscapes. The uptempo track melts the warmth of R&B and the energy of Afrobeats into an audio gumbo for listeners to feast on. Putting the finishing touches on the track, 2 Chainz slides through with a seamless verse that mixes his audacious style with the vibes of the summer-friendly track.
“Room” arrives as Jeremih sets sail on his worldwide journey with 50 Cent. The Chicago native is set to join the Rap legend for select stops along his Final Lap Tour. The tour kicked off on July 21 in Salt Lake City and will make stops in New York and Ohio this fall.
