Good news for Nets fans! James Harden has been upgraded to questionable for Game 5 tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Nets tweeted the news this afternoon. This comes as a bit of a relief for the Brooklyn Nets who are without Kyrie Irving. Irving suffered an ankle injury that forced him to leave Game 4 early. Kevin Durant may have another star to play alongside in Brooklyn tonight.
Update to the Status Report for tonight’s Game 5:

Shams Charania of The Athletic says that sources have told him that Harden plans to play tonight. If that is true, it will be interesting to see how much time and in what capacity he plays. Hamstring injuries are no joke, and Harden has had multiple relapses from returning too early too soon. That may be the case yet again tonight, but we will have to wait and see.
If Harden does end up injuring himself again, where does Brooklyn turn to? Ideally, Harden will be used as a point guard, dishing the ball out to Kevin Durant for plays and setting others up for success. What you don’t want to see as a Nets fan is Harden sprinting up and down the court and trying to do all the things The Beard usually does. I think that leads to another setback injury. If he comes in and passes the ball for 10, 11, 12 assists, I think the Nets go up 3-2 heading into Game 6.
James Harden, Game 5…is it too soon?
