HBO has kept details about the final season of Game of Thrones pretty quiet. So far we’ve received a few seconds of Daenerys meeting Sansa at Winterfell and a few teasers that don’t actually show any actual footage from the upcoming season. The premium channel’s silence began to break on Wednesday though as they released over a dozen new images, including the one above, from the show’s last dance.

None of the shots reveal anything plot-wise, a few show our heroes (or villains) looking at something possibly threatening off-camera but that’s about it. It’s likely that these are meant serve as an ‘appetizer’ for a new trailer coming sometime in the next few weeks, hopefully. Regardless, it may be a good idea to start binging now, if you haven’t already, since the final season will reportedly feature more than a few callbacks to the previous seasons.
Game of Thrones season 8 premieres April 14th on HBO.
