Al Horford has been a free agent that many teams covet this summer. Good news for Big Al, there are a lot of teams looking to spend money. He could be ready to haul in a big payday if all goes well but first, he needs to figure out where he wants to play.
The Atlanta Hawks are the obvious first choice for Horford. The big man has played his entire career with them and he has no real reason to leave, yet. With the Hawks making a move to send starting point guard Jeff Teague out of town and in return acquiring the 12th overall pick as a part of a three-team deal, Atlanta might not be done making some trades. Dennis Schroder appears to be the Hawks point guard of the future but will Horford be around to to run the show with him?
The Hawks appear to be interested in sending away the pick they just acquired along with their own 21st overall pick in an attempt to entice Horford to stick around.

Back to Hawks: Sources say they'll now try to trade their two first-rounders (one from the Teague deal) to make re-signing Al Horford easier

What kind of haul could the Hawks get for these two picks in an extremely weak draft? Who knows but if indications from other teams striking out in attempts to send better picks for potential pieces means anything, Atlanta might have a tough time.
