Don’t let the big lips fool you.” The S.T.A.R Entertainment rapper has all the makings of a classic, yet innovative New York emcee. In the official video for “Helly Hansen”, you can find the New York native riding through the streets with her crew, chilling with a pit bull outside of the bodega and smoking with her friends.
SPRTYK is a rapper for the everyday person, but as the emcee’s Twitter header states, “She’s ghetto, but she has a runway quality about her.” In addition, she has a star quality about her as well. On her newest record, “Helly Hansen”, SPRTYK gets into a grove when she raps, “This is that vulgar Bronx culture. I’m one of one. Don’t compare me to no other. I’m riding around my side of town. I’m shmoney dancing in Helly Hansen. There’s no f*cks given like Charles Manson.”
