Over the last few months, Atlanta’s own, 6lack, has been slowly coming out of his bubble to preview his new album East Atlanta Love Letter. Earlier this year, the Atlanta native debuted the first single, “Switch”. Not long after, 6lack came back with a follow up called “Nonchalant”. While “Nonchalant” has a darker tone than “Switch”, the video for his second single is the best performing visual of his career. Not to mentioned, 6lack teamed up with Ty Dolla $ign and Khalid to bring us “OTW”. As he closes in on the album release date, 6lack sat down with Joe Budden to discuss everything about his album and rise to success. With album set to be released on Friday, the East Atlanta artist has released the tracklist for his upcoming album.
6lack’s new project will come complete with fourteen tracks and features from Future, J. Cole, Offset and Khalid. In addition, the project will feature background vocals from the busiest man in music, Ty Dolla $ign. In the meantime, be sure to check out 6lack’s first two singles, “Switch” and “Nonchalant”.
