Months after delivering one of the best R&B albums of the year, DVSN has returned with the deluxe version of A Muse In Her Feelings. Amusing Her Feelings tacks on four tracks to the star-studded release. The four-track add-on begins with “She Said” where DVSN dives back into their New Jersey Club adjacent sound. From there, they tap Miguel for a new track called “She Said.” Things round out with the Kings of Leon inspired “Use Somebody” and “Blessings.”
Despite being snubbed by the Grammys, DVSN has taken things to the next level over the last twelve months with their latest album. Complete with features from Buju Banton, PartyNextDoor, Jessie Reyez, Snoh Aalegra and several others, A Muse In Her Feelings brought DVSN’s well-respected talent to a bigger audience.
DVSN’s run is part of a broader push for OVO Sound. Over the last year, PartyNextDoor and DVSN have both dropped projects and set the stage for the release of Drake’s Certified Lover Boy. Initially, the Toronto native said his next project would be released in January, but it appears that fans may be waiting a bit longer as he recovers from a recent injury.
