Memphis rapper Duke Deuce releases a new mixtape Memphis Massacre 2 on Quality Control Music/YRN.
Duke Deuce continues to capitalize on his viral single Crunk Ain’t Dead. Recently, he teamed up with Crunk pioneers Lil Jon, Juicy J, and Project Pat for an official remix, featured on Memphis Massacre 2.
“It was legendary working beside guys I listened to as a kid growing up in Memphis in the studio with my dad,” says Duke Deuce in a provided statement.
His father, Duke Nitty works in the music industry, with production credits on songs such as “S.O.U.T.H. Parkway” by Gangsta Blac and a few tracks on his son’s latest. Duke calls on not only his father but also Three 6 Mafia and 8Ball & MJG for influence, a sound prevalent throughout the mixtape’s 12 tracks. The project follows up his 2018 mixtape Memphis Massacre.
