Drake is back in a familiar place. One week after releasing the Scary Hours edition of his latest LP, the Toronto native’s For All The Dogs has reportedly regained the top spot of the Billboard 200 chart. The project moved from fourth to first after moving 145,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in a week. Following close behind, Taylor Swift’s 1989 (Taylor’s Version) sits in second after moving 138,000 units and Doll Parton’s Rockstar rounds out the top three.
Drake’s latest chart-topping release sets the stage for his upcoming tour, It’s All A Blur: Big As The What? Unlike his previous tour, J. Cole will join Drake on the road instead of 21 Savage. The duo will begin their first joint tour in Denver, Colorado at Ball Arena on January 18, 2024. From there, the two artists will touch the stage in San Antonio, Oklahoma City, New Orleans, Tampa, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Buffalo, Kansas City, Memphis, Long Island, Sunrise and University Park, Pennsylvania. Ultimately, the tour will conclude in Birmingham, Alabama at the Legacy Arena on March 27, 2024.
Before the tour kicks off, Drake has issued a challenge to his contemporaries. Sharing the instrumentals from his latest Scary Hours pack, the chart-topping song maker has challenged other artists to rap over his new tracks.
