
New Jersey has been on a run this week. Leading the way, Cookiee Kawaii delivered not one, but two new videos for her break out hit, “Vibe” with Tyga. Joining her, Coi Leray delivered a new project called Now or Never with Gunna, Kiana Ledé and Sevyn Streeter. Now, Dougie F is here to drop his second video this week.
Dougie F has dropped the “BLM” video. Directed by WhoTheWizz, the visuals touch on police brutality, economic inequality and racial injustice as the New Jersey native bears his pain on the record.
“We come in all colors/Black, brown, tan, a variety/I’m tired of people trying me/Police always eyeing me,” he raps.
“We blacking out the post for notoriety/Tried taking a knee But now we marching right in the doors/What the f*** is you quiet for I get it why they looting Now you see why we riot for 300 plus years/I be damn if we go through more/Can’t calculate our damage/Cause the pain wasn’t insured,” he added.
