The #Browns quickly emerged as the favorite for WR Jarvis Landry. Now they trade for him in exchange for a pick in 2018 and a pick in 2019. Huge move.

It is not completely clear at this time what draft picks the Dolphins will be receiving. According to Adam Schefter, neither pick is a first or second-round pick.
Neither of the picks in Jarvis Landry trade are a first- or second-round picks, per sources. So it will be two picks between rounds 3 and 7.

Schefter also reports that the Browns and Landry are already in discussions of a new contract for the young wide receiver.

The Dolphins used the franchise tag on Landry earlier in the month. Before Landry signed the tag, he was given permission by the Dolphins to seek trades to other teams.
Landry has been a solid receiver for the Dolphins in recent years. After being drafted by the Dolphins in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, he quickly became a favorite target of Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Landry has caught for over 1,000 yards two out of his four years in the league and nearly had a third this past season (987 yards receiving).
Picking up a receiver like Landry is huge for the Browns. They have the first and fourth overall picks in the draft and can easily get a franchise quarterback at either one of those slots. Whoever is the new starting quarterback for the Browns next season, Landry will be a great no.1 receiving option.
