Today marks the 20th anniversary of The Notorious B.I.G.’s death.
In remembrance of his Biggie’s legacy, music mogul, Diddy, has announced his documentary covering the history of Bad Boy Entertainment. This film, titled Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: The Bad Boy Story, is set to premiere at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. It’s directed by Dainel Kaufman and done under the production of Live Nation. Fans will get to explore Bad Boy’s beginnings up to the Bad Boy Family Reunion concerts that took place last May.
Diddy talked to Billboard about the film, explaining his excitement for the release at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
“I am blessed to be introducing our film at the Tribeca Film Festival. Tribeca brings the biggest names in entertainment and culture together with visionaries from across industries to celebrate the power of storytelling. There is no better place to share the story behind the Bad Boy movement and this unprecedented musical event.” – Diddy, Billboard
Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: The Bad Boy Story will be out this April. The documentary will include cameos of Faith Evans, The Lox, Lil Kim, Ma$e, and more.
