After taking what seems to be a short hiatus, Zack Snyder is set to direct ‘Army Of The Dead’ for Netflix, starring Dave Bautista.
According to a synopsis, ‘Army Of The Dead’ is following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas when a group of mercenaries venture into the quarantine zone to pull off one of the unlikeliest heists ever.
Bautista has become a recent commodity in the film industry, after landing the prolific role of Drax in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Director Zack Snyder, whose most recent credits are 2017’s Justice League, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Man of Steel, is transitioning back into smaller budget films after the lukewarm reception to his DCEU films.
