Daniel Caesar is back with his first full-length album since Freudian was released in 2017. The new project from the Canadian R&B singer-songwriter comes with ten new tracks. As described, Case Study 01 is “denser, headier and riskier, confronting ideas like good and evil, life and death, loneliness and God.” Throughout the album, fans can also expect to hear guest appearances from Brandy, John Mayer, Pharrell and many more. In addition, fans can hear Caesar team up with his fellow Canadian artist, Sean Leon, as well as Jacob Collier from London.
Case Study 01 completes a strong run of R&B releases over the last week. Beginning on Sunday, H.E.R delivered a special performance of “The Lord Is Coming” with YBN Cordae at the 2019 BET Awards. Shortly thereafter, the duo dropped a single called “Racks.” In addition, Chris Brown has also dropped a new project called Indigo with Drake, Justin Bieber and many more.
