By now we all should have digested the ‘Collegrove‘ album by 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne. Out of the 12 tracks on Collegrove, Lil Wayne is only featured on 8 of them so theoretically this is a 2 Chainz album, for what it is worth. Not to mention, the album was released through Def Jam and isn’t “technically” apart of Lil Wayne’s albums for Cash Money Records. With being part owner of Tidal, Lil Wayne along with 2 Chainz will be taking to the streaming service exclusively to put on a Collegrove concert live in Atlanta at Tabernacle this March 30th at 9 PM. The RSVP is now open and those who are Tidal members will be the ones allowed to RSVP but if you aren’t able to make it to ATL, you’ll be able to stream it in the comfort of your home.
The concert is sure to be a good one considering 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne respectively have their own hit records that they could perform. When you then factor in the Collegrove album which features such tracks like ‘Bounce‘, ‘Gotta Lotta‘, ‘Blue C-Note’ and my favorite ‘Bentley Truck’, we are in for a good show.
