Update:
The Cleveland Cavaliers released a statement on Thursday, saying they have agreed to terms on a sign-and-trade. The Cavs will send Matthew Dellavedova to the Milwaukee Bucks, along with cash considerations, in return for the rights to Albert Miralles. The move will create a $4.8 million trade exception for Cleveland.
Original Post Follows:
The Milwaukee Bucks will be the first team to sign a restricted free agent to an offer sheet. According to ESPN’s Zach Lowe, the Bucks are nearing agreement on a deal with Cavaliers point guard Matthew Dellavedova. The deal is reportedly for fours and $38 million.
The Cavs will have three days (from the conclusion of the moratorium) to match the offer for Delly. It is unclear whether Cleveland will do so.
According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Bucks and Cavs have had preliminary talks of sign-and-trade opportunities. Getting a deal done this way would allow Milwaukee to move on in free agency without waiting on whether or not Cleveland will match. However, it does not appear as if the talks are ongoing.
Meanwhile, LeBron James has already tweeted out a congratulatory message to Dellavedova:
Congrats to my brother! @matthewdelly on his deal! Good luck in Milwaukee! Very deserving to you and your family. 1

Reading between the lines of a tweet is dangerous, of course, but it certainly does not appear as though Matthew Dellavedova will be back in Cleveland.
